Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at www.maskcode.qd.je, downloading the MaskCode CLI, installing our IDE extensions, or using the MaskCode Zero-Trust API Proxy (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you represent an organization or enterprise entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Customer Code & Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership of your code, tokens, prompts, and outputs:

• MaskCode AI Inc. claims no intellectual property rights, copyright, or ownership over code parsed, sanitized, or rehydrated through our software.
• All generated code, refactorings, test suites, and suggestions returned by Anthropic Claude 5.5 Sonnet belong entirely to you.
• We do not aggregate, train, or resell customer code or prompt data under any circumstances.

3. Anthropic Model Integration & API Keys

The Services enable developers to interact securely with foundation models provided by Anthropic PBC ("Anthropic"), specifically Claude 5.5 Sonnet and Claude 5.5 Haiku. When utilizing your own Anthropic API key (BYOK mode), your usage is governed by your direct commercial agreement with Anthropic. MaskCode AI enforces strict zero-data retention headers on all upstream API calls.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use MaskCode AI to:

• Circumvent Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy or safety guardrails.
• Generate malicious code, malware, exploits, or cyberweapons.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile proprietary binaries beyond permissible open-source licenses.

5. Service Availability & Cloudflare SLA

Our public portal and edge proxy are backed by Cloudflare's distributed edge infrastructure. For enterprise customers subscribing to dedicated VPC or Cloudflare Worker instances, MaskCode AI offers an enterprise Service Level Agreement guaranteeing 99.99% monthly uptime.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MaskCode AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services or AI-synthesized code patches. Developers remain responsible for testing and reviewing code prior to production compilation.
